Daventry T'ai Chi

T'ai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of exercise. It combines gentle, flowing movements with deep breathing to enhance health, energy, relaxation and balance.
Daventry T’ai Chi club is part of the Taoist Cultural Arts Association (T.C.A.A.) which teaches Lee style T'ai Chi, as taught by Professor Chee Soo. The classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, beginners are always welcome. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
Location: The TCAA Daventry T'ai Chi Club has recently moved from Ashby Road community centre, it now takes place at the Village Hall in Aston Le Walls, about 15 minutes drive from Daventry.
Time: Friday Evenings, 8-9.30pm, in school term times.
Cost: £6 per lesson, discounts available for block booking sessions.
When you first attend you will be given a registration form for membership to the Taoist Cultural Arts Association (T.C.A.A.) which also covers you for insurance. A years membership costs £30 which is payable at the next lesson.
